1100 L Galvanized Waste Container Dome Lid 

• Body and base are made of 1.50 mm sheet metal.
• The base is manufactured from a single piece of sheet metal, plastered in a press and given a strength-increasing form, and conical.
• Strength-increasing form has been given to the sides.
• The body mouth is surrounded by a 3 mm profile. Lift arms are manufactured to suit the vehicle lifting system.
• Carrier 200 x 50 size, wide tongs, thickness of minimum 3.5 mm.
• There are 4 wheels with 60° swivel, 2 of which have brakes and have TS EN 12532 standard conformity certificate.
• Wheel connection plate is 4 mm.
• The lid is manufactured from a single piece of 1.20 mm sheet metal, plastered in a press and given a strength-increasing form, with the edges completely covering the container mouth.
• The welding process was carried out using gas arc welding without slag.
• The container has TS EN 840-3 Conformity Certificate.

• • The welding areas of containers made of original galvanized sheet burn and lose their galvanizing properties, and are touched up with paint. Origiinal galvanized coating thickness is 10 microns.
  • Optionally – After complete manufacturing, the container can be galvanized with the Hot-Dip Galvanizing system in accordance with the TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standard. In Hot Dip Galvanizing, after the container is manufactured and the welding processes are completed, the entire surface (including the welds) is galvanized with a thickness of 80 - 90 microns with the complete HOT DIP GALVANIZING system, ensuring longevity.
